Krav Maga is a simple, effective self defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. The goal of Krav Maga is to bring individuals of both genders and of all physical abilities to a high level of proficiency in a short period of time. Emphasis is placed on physical fitness and strength while learning self-defense techniques.Krav Maga Level 1: This entry level class is designed for all new Krav Maga members. The goal of the class is to teach the basics of self-defense and fighting. Members will learn Krav Maga’s fighting stance and movement, various punches, kicks from a standing position as well as from on the ground, elbows and knees, and how to defend against punches, chokes, headlocks and wrist grabs.For this class, wear workout clothing and indoor cross-training shoes (we ask that you please do not wear outdoor shoes on the mats).
